During our events, we take photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes. We do this based on our legitimate interest in promoting our activities.

We focus primarily on atmospheric shots and overview shots of the event. In some cases, visitors may appear recognizable in the images. We inform visitors about this in advance via our communication channels and by means of visible notices on location.

Do you not wish to appear recognizable in the images? If so, you can indicate this to the organization or the photographer present. We will take this into account as much as possible.

If you object afterwards to the use of image material in which you are recognizable, you can contact us via info@mifevents.com. We will assess your request and remove the image material if this is reasonably possible.
